BOARD OF DIRECTORS MEETINGS
They are held the second Sunday of each month (Nov., Dec., Jan., March, & April) at 1:00 pm EST at:

February Board meeting will be held at 2:00 pm EST in the Hotel Bar of the Radisson Hotel before the MPHC Awards Banquet.

March 2010 meeting has been changed!!! It will be Saturday March 13, 2010 at 2:00 PM during the Michigan Horse Expo. Everyone is asked to meet at the MPHC/NMPHC booth right at 2:00 PM. From there the meeting will be moved to a final location. Agenda approval deadline will be Wednesday 3, 2010 at 8:00 PM EST. All requests for agenda approval must be via phone call to Dennis Kliemchen at 269-426-3989. Thank you all for your efforts & support with making the club such an amazing success!!!!

All other meetings at horse shows will be held during the first lunch break. Announcements will be made as to location on grounds.
If you would like to speak at a Board meeting you will need to get approval to be on the agenda by calling MPHC President Dennis Kliemchen no later than 8:00 pm EST 10 days prior to the meeting via phone only. You may contact Dennis at 269-426-3989 by Wednesday February 3, 2010 at 8:00 PM EST.
