Meetings are held the second Sunday of each month (Nov., Dec., Jan., March, & April) at 1:00 pm EST at:

May Board meeting is held on Sunday of the Memorial Bonanza show just before the cookout.
All other meetings at horse shows will be held during the first lunch break. Announcements will be made as to location on grounds.
